Payment Terms

Registering your organization, responding to verification requests from other Member Organizations, and participating in the community (posts, discussions, templates, resources, events, learning content) are free and do not require Membership.

A paid annual Membershipis required only to create your own Verification Cases — i.e. to request verification of a Candidate's declared information from another organization.

Membership is ₹1,500 per year, inclusive of GST. This is the single Membership plan currently offered — there are no tiers, add-ons, or per-verification charges. The price shown to you in the Platform at the time of payment is the amount payable; we will notify Member Organizations of any price change before it applies to a renewal.

HR Sight does not process card, UPI, or net-banking payments directly, and never collects your banking credentials. Membership is paid by bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS)from your organization's own current account to CENITPRO's current account, whose details are shown in the Platform's Membership section at the time of payment.

After transferring the amount, submit the transaction reference (UTR) shown by your bank, and optionally attach a copy of the receipt or screenshot, through the Membership section of your dashboard. This is what lets our team locate and confirm your transfer — payments cannot be auto-detected, so a submitted reference is required before we can confirm it.

A member of the HR Sight team manually matches your submitted reference against the transfer received and confirms it in the Platform. Once confirmed, your Membership becomes (or remains) active, and a system-generated GST tax invoice is created and made available for download from the same Membership section. We aim to confirm payments promptly, but processing time can vary since this step is manual by design, not automated.

Once your payment is verified, we may ask you for a few more details to complete your organization's verification — this happens after payment because the payment itself is one of the pieces of evidence used to verify the organization.

Membership runs on an annual cycle from the date it is first confirmed. We send renewal reminders before your Membership expires. If it lapses without a confirmed renewal payment, your organization enters a grace period during which existing Verification Cases remain accessible but new ones cannot be created; responding to other organizations' requests and community participation are never affected by Membership status, expired or not. If the grace period ends without renewal, the ability to create new Verification Cases stays paused until Membership is renewed — your account and its history are not deleted.

Every confirmed Membership payment generates a sequentially numbered GST tax invoice (format INV/[financial year]/[sequence]), downloadable from the Membership section of your dashboard. Invoices are issued by CENITPRO under GSTIN 19BGIPK5049Q1ZL.

Refunds and cancellation are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may update these Payment Terms from time to time, including the Membership price. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email before they apply to your next renewal.
